reverse masking

Now this was a fun easy challenge.....reverse masking.  And luv the outcome....

Using silhouette stamps gives it such a pretty effect......this first one I used from a Ink a dink a doo set...the circle I used Shaded Lilac distress ink.

And then of course getting into the Christmas spirit (yes already) .  This siloutte stamp is from Sassy Silhouettes.  For the circle I used Fired Brick red distress ink, and the Merry Christmas was the Festive Berries.  I clear embossed the greeting.

black and white.

We had a dragonfly or butterfly challenge over at KCUK last month.  I have more dragonfly stamps than the easy choice.

The dragonflies that are cut out are from Stamp Oasis - one of my first ones I ever got and never get tired of them.

I embossed the Dragonflies and cut them out to pop them up on the card.

The main stamp is from Crafty Individuals.  Stamped with Staz on black onto glossy paper.

She found this image and wanted it incorporated into a card to go with the shower prezzie.

Did the best I could - LOL - here it is start to finish.

and then the finished card

The saying is one of the famous lines from the movie (of course)  Just had to add butterflies.....try and sweeten it up a little.

Pop up card

This was amazingly easy !!!  and love the result !!!!

Using water colour technique - I used my distress inks and spritzed them, then stamped.
Overlay of saying on top.

Used my new EK  butterfly punch to layer the butterflies.

Flower stamp from Impression Obsession / Celebrate is Stampin Up.
