Thanks for stopping by today. Sharing a couple of cards and ATC's I made last month for a few of my groups. The Cat is from Lost Coast - just luv this guy !!! The cat is embossed, painted, then fussy cut out and layer on with the harvest moon that was sponged in behind....and some wheat grass stamped on....
some punched out oak leaves to add more colour for the fall. Then A couple of different sayings....
Hi there and welcome to my second last post for Gecko Galz. Have been on the design team for a year ! Had the opportunity to make some fab cards (and more). Today I am sharing a Christmas card made with an image from the Winter Children collage set. The image is covered with Glossy Accents. Background paper is all GG also. Added some ribbon and sprinkled stars all over....semi vintage looking.
Okay - it is another Gecko Galz post and today I am sharing the treat bags I made !!!
Using images from the Day of the Dead collage sheet - fussy cut them out - embossed them for that shine !! Then attached to the treat bags.
This sugar skull I added some googly eyes....think it makes him a little bit creepier !!!
And the Black Cat (always have to have one for Halloween ) A cats eye was added.... Bit of ribbon to tie them up. Now who wouldn't want one of these. Check out the Gecko Galz etsy shop for this collage sheet - and many many more. Don't forget the blog hop starting in two days !!! Maybe win some shopping at the Gecko Galz Etsy shop.....
Hello hello - thanks for stopping by. Today is a black and white card I made for grandsons birthday. He is in his early 20's - maybe a bit rebellious since he left home. So really did think this stamp was suitable LOL.
Using the Technique Junkies stamp for the image. And Lost Coast Designs for the background. I just layered the black and white cardstock under the image - did some roughing up on the edges and tearing on the final one. Then some pop up on the back to mount onto the checkered floor. thats it for now TTFN
is WOYWW ... been a few weeks since I posted...glad to be back.
been working on Christmas cards- have about 12 made that I
need/want. and....most of the birthdays are done for the year
now (thank goodness) but ready to start all over again in a couple of
trying to work on this. And making more of a mess....
it is looking like an explosion of paper and stuff all over my desk
!!! trying to figure out a new 'interactive' card.
my patience ... lol. Just hope it works out in the end then I
will be a happy camper hehehee.
- check out more desks over at StampingGround to see what others out there are working on.
Hi there - thanks so much for stopping by. Today I am sharing a card I made for my step daughters birthday. Pink is one of her Fav colours....sssoooooo.....I worked with pinks and silver for this cool pop up card.
Ok - and don't laugh....I tried to do a video OMG - if you only saw the chair stacked with bins to try and set up my IPAD on ... pretty pathetic... so...going forward I obviously need to figure this out. Anyway - here it is ...hope it works !! https://youtu.be/cJu2XM77Wf4
Welcome to my blog ... Today I am sharing a bookmark I made for Gecko Galz. Using an image from the 'Visions in Green' collage sheet. This book mark is made using the 'putting on the ritz' theme this month..as this lady looks like she is, as per the defination....
put on the ritz
phrase of ritz
make a show of luxury or extravagance.
and she looks like is dressed as per the life of luxury. Background paper is also from Gecko Galz. I Also put together an ATC
using an image from the 'Tres Chic 2' collage sheet.
Well I made these cards a couple of months ago - first ones ever !!! Because it was a September birthday card thought I would wait to post.
The orange one is the first I made - so didn't turn out as well - but again not too bad hehehehee. The blue one is the one I gave...the image was stamped and embossed onto paper that I did the shaving cream technique on. Then just layered from there. These are so cool.... My new Sarcasm stamp is from Technique Junkies - and the little monsters if a set from my son from Recollections.
