French ATC Swap

We have a new swap with my KCUK group.....and has to be French.

I used background paper with some French script on it - embossed the Tower.  Then the Oooh la la I stamped 3 x to get the faded look and embossed that with clear also.

Glued the filigree ( don't you luv it !  got from my buddy Dot) on the top of the card.
