Layered Gesso Background

Have been trying to work more with Gesso lately.....really adds more depth/texture to the projects.

This process I followed the instructions from the Splitcoast Stampers website.  Definately a journey playing with this.

The stamp used is from Stamper Anonymous....stamped onto Vellum and embossed with gold.  The background stencil I used modeling paste - just thinking now that perhaps I could have mixed some colour into it.....
