Ah - another request from a family member - not naming names - but my daughter again ....hehehehe...
Keeping it simple - I stamped the saying onto white cardstock - then layered
(luv layering stuff) ruffed up the edges a bit - the background paper I have had kicking around for awhile -
the hearts on the paper I used glossy accents - then I used some heart confetti - and yes - glued them individually onto the paper.
Oh and this is a slim line size card too -
