Christmas in July over at
My first make of the month is this
Embossed her on Ivory cardstock with silver embossing powder
Fussy cut out (of course)
Used a piece of sorta framed christmas paper. added some bling and stickles. Layered a couple of silver die cut snowflakes.
Wrapped soe blue shiney threads around then layered the Angel Cat on top. And of course added the saying too.

This card I made is using the combo lemon and lime
Using one of my Dictionary words and the Cityscape stamp
The polka dotted paper is Vellum !
I stamped the Cityscape on it, ripped the top portion.
layered it onto the yellow cardstock when I had stamped the Destiny saying
in the lime colour
Which was all layered onto lime cardstock.

Always makes it look great.

This girl is 11 today , but thinks she is a teenager already.
They grow up too fast.
Using my Indigo Blue lost in thought stamp
I coloured her in, used distress ink and stencil for the background
The saying is an old stamp - but thought it went well with the image.

of I AM WOMAN
Using the Winged Girl stamp
Have stamped her in black ink onto some old newspaper
Adding some washi tape and torn papers to frame her in
The Flower for a touch of blue and a wee bit of torn lace.
Edges inked with distress ink - then added a few more beads.
Then it is all about the layers ! Distressed the edges of the blue paper,
added a saying I had.

So on saying that, here is my first make for the month !
Using the ATC shrubbery stamp I came up with this
The circle background is some alcohol inks I used awhile back.
So I stamped my 4 1/2 square cardstock, then placed my circle
where I wanted it and stamped again.
Then the saying was typed up on the computer. Was trying to think of a saying that would work with this
This one just seemed so true.
Can't wait to see what you come up with.
