Well, wheres your party hat???? The theme for April at
Lost Coast Designs, and with my second
card this month I chose this
Stamp
I decided to frame it like a photo. Using some fun paper I had.
Layered with some Navy cardstock
The saying was printed on my computer - They just look like they could be
'the life of the party' right !
A few confetti blings and its done.
Be sure to enter our challenge this month
and maybe win some new rubber !
Remember there has to be some stamping on it to qualify.
