Same style as one posted the other day but with different colours

I did the coloured circles all around the card -

Just a different take on same card.

Sharing another make with one of the new stamps from

Lost Coast Designs

This month being the animal challenge

I made a 5 x 5 inch barn door style card

Embossed the cat, then fussy cut around the head

and cut away cardstock to make door 

Coloured in the Cat and used one of my stencils 

Happy birthday die cut  and done !

Some new stamps released this month!!! 

Today I am sharing two cards

First up is this Birthday card using

the new Overlapping Leaves and Bold Birthday Wishes

The leaves were embossed with different colours

wanted to give it a fall-ish look

Then layered / and layered again with the birthday words.

Next up, as Halloween is coming real soon

this gate fold card

Again using a couple of different embossing colours

Who doesn't have a Resting Witch face LOL

The background panels I used the new Halloween background of course

New month means a new challenge over at Lost Coast Designs 

This month it is 'animals' and there are some new releases !!!

I made a couple of tags, so starting off is my first one with the new little Chihuahua

I sponged the tag with green and dark brown ink.

stamped some words on background - the cute dog I embossed in black and fussy cut out - coloured in and layered onto the tag.

Add a few strings for the top - and tada

Next one I did was using the mouse

And along the same idea - yellow and brown background

spritzed a bit of water on then

used a stencil I have to some bubbles.  The mouse is fussy cut out also and layered on

Just love these characters

Merry Christmas

 Welcome to my blog today

Sharing a couple of quick cards I made using 

cute Merry Christmas stamp

Both of these cards the images were covered with

double sided sticky paper and covered in clear micro beads

First up is this one with the red background

a bit of tulle in the corner and some raffie ribbon

The edges were sponged a bit.

Next one has a green base - same idea

But edged the saying with silver embossing powder and did an old script stamp for half the base in silver also.

this Christmas stamp is perfect to fit in smaller spaces

I am sharing another make I did for the 

Lost Coast Designs children Challenge

(where you can win - just have to upload picture to site)

Using my Alice in a Chair stamp, She is stamp onto white cardstock

then coloured in.  Fussy cut out then I clear embossed it to give it a 

nice sheen

The back ground with the perspective Floor stamped in a nice blue colour.

Oh, and this all done on 4 x 4 white piece of cardstock

string of pearls through the middle.  Popped Alice on top

The Words are cut out from a piece of paper in my stash

Then layered on the black

final card is 5 x 5

Love and War

 Welcome to my blog today where I am sharing another of my

makes for the Children theme

This one just feels straight to the heart using the

Rose Boy stamp (one of my favs by the way)

Stamped onto some designer paper I had that looked like a bit of a war zone. The words were off stamped - meaning I inked it up - stamped once onto some scrap paper then onto the designer paper a couple of times.                   Stamped background with the 

harmony/peace/joy/freedom set

Printed words 'Make Love not War' off my computer onto some cardstock.

With the glow behind him, a bit of netting on the edges, stressed/ripped the edges and a bit of sponging.

Good Vibes  as it looked like these

guys were enjoying every moment !

Then the next card was with the

Flamingo Flock

it for any occasion that might be suitable

So excited to be on this team.

My first make I am sharing with the 

Children Challenge theme is a slimline card using the

Flying Ballerina

I stamped her then fussy cut out

a wee bit of chalk colouring on her dress and

some sparkles on the wings (not sure if you can see it here)

The background I used the Dream Magic Love stamps

Stamped dream several times

I popped up the fussy cut image and added some threads I had in my stash.  A few butterflies then layered all together

Couldn't resist - these crazy crabs are so hilarious looking

The saying is from an older stamp set 

Inside out for the girls 

Which I thought would be fun to put with this image.

Next is my Sister card

Same technique I did with the Grandma card in my previous post

using the abstract floral background stamp

Different colour combo with my watercolour powders

- added some ribbon for accent

I embossed in white on white card stock then sprinkled some water colour powders

I love how it turned out !!!

Alot of pink going on here LOL

But was a fun card to put together

Well it is officially

Christmas in July !!!

Today I am sharing two cards made with

Technique Junkies Christmas stamps

First one is done in navy blue and silver 

and using the "Believe" stamp

Yes Santa and all

Embossed the image in silver

a few white splats

layer onto silver cardstock - a bit of silver thread

And done

Next up made with white embossing powder

and Kraft cardstock paper

Using the background "Zen Trees" stamps

Layered onto white cardstock

The saying "let us adore him" 

Also embossed in white / then a few splatters

and a wee bit of threads in behind.  Popped up the

saying a bit too.

Daughters birthday card

 Well my daughter turns another year older

Won't say how old that makes me !!!!

I Luv the card I made for her. lol

The stamp is from Pink Ink Designs 

Embossed in gold on navy cardstock

masked then splattered with white 

Gold thread on the side

then !!!

I cut part of the ears to stand up.

layered onto gold paper

embossed edges in gold too..

I LUV this card LOL....

 My father has been gone a long while
