Had this idea in my head for a couple of dayz - finally got it together.
Marilyn Monroe stamp from Stampsmith and the saying is from Katie & Co.
Stamped Marilyn with Stazon black to the film strip. Covered the tag with b/w paper - mounted the film strip then lightly embossed the edges with white. Added the ribbon/bling and saying.
