It's Halloween time .....almost

For my card this year I chose 'Soot Stamping'.

This is fun to do - just careful you don't start your paper on fire !!!   Using glossy paper - hold it over a candle flame to soot up your card.  Then use the stamp of your choice - press on, pull off - and there is the image.

Have to be careful not to smudge .  After I have my images on then I spray, actually, with my aerosol hairspray - as I don't have any other sealer - works just fine.

The bird stamp is from Lost Coast Designs.
