For the frame I modge podged some white tissue paper that I stamped with the skull crown stamp from Lost Coast. Once dried I added some modeling paste for texture. Rubbed some black and silver Inka gold sporadically.
Inside the frame the background was done with Nuance - spritzed a bit of sparkle on. Stamped with my small flourish stamp. A bit of netting. The the Die Cut bird cage I stressed with a fine sandpaper.
The image -I fussy cut out and did the spotlight technique for the face.
