I have seen this technique around for awhile - finally decided to give it a try. Actually turns out pretty cool !!!
The stamp is from Crafty Individuals - They have FAB stamps !!
I coloured the image with my Tom Bow pens - then spritzed it - then stamped onto my cardstock. Gives a very cool effect.
Then of course - layers ! gotta do that - along with some sponging on the edges...finish off with a bit of ribbon...
