Ink Art Design team post for 2020

Today I am sharing a journal I made with 

the Frida Kahlo image which you can purchase at 

Ink Art Design 

Anyone who has followed me over they years knows

I luv Frida Kahlo - and those who don't know who 

she is !!!

Well - Frida Kahlo was a Mexican painter known for her many portraits, self-portraits, and works inspired by the nature and artifacts of Mexico.

I stamped the image with black Staz on ink

onto acetate.  Layered it onto some background

paper I made using my Gelli Plate.

Gives it a cool background effect....

Covered the chipboad with some butterfly tissue paper

I had laying around.

Then layered papers...added more butterflys

and a few flowers.

The inside was covered with cardstock  - and then I added the Journal pages
